Introduction
The purpose of our centre is to contribute to physical, affective, social and intellectual children’s development, respecting their rights and paying attention to their welfare.
Jardines de la Pipa is a very comfortable and familiar centre which intends to achieve the integral development of children encouraging innovative methodologies. Through fondness, affection, stimulation and personal treatment, children will develop their own learning rhythms, controlling their emotions and recognizing their own feelings. Simultaneously, they are developing autonomy as self-reliant people through their activities. All in all, using a wide range of recreational and motivational activities tailored to the youngest ones.

The methodology concerning this centre is based on mainly one principle: centred learner approach. This guideline ensures meaningful learning following principles such as equality, individuality, creativity, motivation, socialization, play and above all, persisting in the relevance of satisfying their affective and social needs, using different techniques to foster their self-esteem.

Services
The schedule is from Monday to Friday from 07:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Before-school care
From 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., various quiet activities based on the game are developed and the basic needs of resting and nutrition of the youngest ones are covered.
Socio-educational care
From 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., a wide range of activities aiming at curriculum of Early Childhood Education development. Furthermore, personal care is adjusted to the children’s needs.
Canteen
From 12:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. There is a warm homemade catering with a balanced menu and ecological fruit, endorsed by qualified staff and adapted to nutritional and specific needs of children, as well as considering their age.
Playroom (Until 9:00 p.m.). For ages between 4 months and 12 years old
We offer this complementary service for children up to 12 years old (open to non-enrolled children) in which teaching activities promoting entertainment and play according to their mature development are implemented.
Summer school and vacation periods
The centre opens in July and August for children between 4 months and 12 years old.
During this period, different types of workshops are organised by ages. There is a pool in summer where children can enjoy the outdoor patio.
